Short-Term Rental Property Tax Report

At tax time, it is a complicated process to collect, arrange, and report all of the financial data associated with your short-term rental property. Over the years, we have developed this rather wonderful reporting sheet which includes all revenues and expenditures in order to report the final financial outcome of your rental property.

Attached are two(2) PDF documents which you may find very useful in reporting your profit/loss for the year. One Report is is a blank copy for you to use. The other Report is a SAMPLE copy which includes values. This SAMPLE will give you an idea of how the complete Report should look.
